Built in 1889, the Wagner Mansiion was converted to B&B use in 1999. Now, a 1500 sq.ft. addition was special built and opened for use for destination weddings, parties and events. We offer many pictures on our website at prospect-hill. com. We are located in a small rural town surrounded by mountains. Fresh air is a wonderful thing. So are our three acres and great natural areas in the county for hiking, biking and relaxing. We are near the Appalachian Trail along with being only 25 miles from Boone, NC and 45 minutes from Blowing Rock's great little shops. Watauga Lake is only 20 miles away.
Our B&B rooms are large, private and include such amenities as queen or king-size beds, whirlpool tubs and gas log fireplaces. A large, tasty breakfast is included each morning. |
